Unfortunately, no. We discussed our shipping policy a lot in the early days and decided pretty quickly that we didn't feel good about shipping lightweight cardboard long distances, worsening our carbon footprint. Our vision for Boba&Vespa is to make it successful here in North America and then expand into other countries where the demand is strong enough for us to set up shop there. We will make our products wherever we sell them. When we can find a partner or open an office internationally, we will do so and make plastic free pet products in those countries, creating local jobs that serve local markets. We have had a lot of interest from all over the globe. We look forward to reducing plastic paw prints everywhere.

We do our best to ship every order within 24 hours of when we receive the order, Monday-Friday. We are a very small company doing our best to grow. On rare occasions, it will take us a little longer than 24 hours to process an order. If you are in a big rush for your order, please feel free to reach out to us directly at hello@bobaandvespa.com with your specific needs, we will do our best to accommodate them.

Out of stock – in the event that an item is out of stock, we will let you know the approximate ship date for that item on the product detail page. We do our best to keep all items in stock at all times.

We ship mostly USPS and sometimes UPS or Fedex. Due to cost, shipments to Canada are only shipped via USPS which are then handed over to Canada Post for final delivery.
